Lloyd has worked for a number of major insurers including: AXA, London & Edinburgh, Groupama and Allianz and has led two broking firms.

He is well known in the insurance market having presented at numerous industry seminars, is a regular contributor in the trade press. He has introduced key strategic initiatives to the market that has delivered profitable portfolios from varied broker segments.

Alongside pure sales and marketing , Lloyd has considerable experience in strategic and operational management, worked on unique projects that have been implemented globally. Lloyd has an imbedded understanding on broker & consumer needs of today. He has held key positions on industry bodies - including ABI, GISC and participated in the BIBA partnership for many years.
