We tapped into Lloyd’s extensive knowledge of insurance distribution to help us build a strategy to accomplish our goals. His insight has helped us implement processes to increase effectiveness and develop our regional presence. He designed and introduced an innovative Telephone Account Management strategy that has very quickly rejuvenated our relationships with brokers. Holman’s – Lloyds Broker
We were recommended to Lloyd Hanks as an expert in UK Insurance distribution, to assist us in reviewing our regional distribution strategy. Lloyd introduced us to Telephone Account Management ( TAM’s) – an office based business solution.
Initially, we piloted for 4 months, the results were very encouraging almost immediately, so we curtailed the pilot and imbedded TAM’s into our business strategy for our UK Broker business. We now have a Business Development team focussed in building relationships and winning business.

Allianz Australia adopts new distribution process based on Allianz UK model, as a result of visits to the UK operation by two Senior Allianz Australia employees the Genesis sales model has been launched.
The UK model known as TAM's has been a major sales project headed up by Lloyd Hanks , responsible for relationship management and distribution.
The new model breaks away from traditional insurance intermediary serving and adopts a outbound/inbound sales consulting environment to provide wealth creation opportunities.
Mr Hanks has been a key player in implementing the project in the UK and with only minor modification has been successfully included into the Australian segmentation model.
